Training Program
The training offered by AFA is accredited by the
Tunisian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC). It is directly part of
the curriculum required to obtain an Aircraft Mechanic License.
This license allows the Aircraft Mechanic to gain the privilege of authorizing
the return to service of the aircraft (APRS) or aircraft components.
The accredited training lasts 30 months (2400 hours) and is divided as
follows:
• 60% Theoretical teaching
• 25% Practical teaching within the School
• 15% Practical teaching in a real maintenance environment (practical internship
with an aircraft maintenance organization).
