GROUND AGENT

Admission requirements: High School diploma or higher
THE GROUND AGENT is part of the commercial services of an airline, working at the check-in counters of an airport, where they assist passengers with boarding and disembarking. The ground agent performs all check-in operations for passengers and their luggage, and takes care of unaccompanied minors or elderly/disabled passengers. They are responsible for welcoming, informing, and assisting passengers at the airport (arrivals and departures), working under the supervision of the ground supervisor. The ground agent is versatile and knowledgeable in all airport professions, possessing technical skills on the tarmac and in flight document preparation.

Training Duration
. 3 months of theoretical training
. One month of practical training at an airport.
Exams and Certificate
Trainees are regularly assessed throughout the training, with a final exam for each module. At the end of the training, the trainee will receive a certificate of completion for GROUND AGENT.
